Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ in Lutheran District Emsland-Bentheim.
I take this opportunity to thank our Lord God who enabled us to remain a live even now. We appreciate His Love to human kind in every day of our lives. Glory is upon Him who cares us in our daily Passions.
We are happy that now we are celebrating more than thirty years of being one in Christ as we read in Psalm 133:1f.
You, our friends in Christ, you did many valuable things in Kondoa district since the beginning of Partnership between two deaneries Kondoa and Emsland -Bentheim. We have the mark of Embeko schule, Embeko dispensary, and Borehole project in Embeko. We have Hamai vocational training school sponsored by Dalum and others donors.
You did those not only because you have more resources,but also you have God's Love. God bless you all.
The situation in Kondoa is not suitable due to unpredictable weather. We didn't get enough rain for our plants. More crops became withered before the rippening time, so that we have the scarcity of food. Bad enough the price of commodities are very high. It is difficult for normal people to afford the living expenses.
Due to the Covid 19 and the ongoing war in different countries in the World including Ukraine, its effect became bigger in our life standards. But now we have no fearful corona like the beginning because many people are vaccinated so that,they reduced the speed of deaths. We are moving here and there without any restrictions. We thank God that, is hearing our cries. We have been praying for you all in order to be saved from the dangerous calamity.
Something to share with you is that, currently we are dealing with dinning hall in Embeko secondary School. The school children are missing a comfortable place to sit when they eat. We are so thankful for the help from your two schools in Germany which have been supporting Embeko secondary School and all other donors from you. We are in the preliminary stages of dinning hall construction. Please pray for this matter.
Since our guest District Pastor is interested to see how do we celebrate the Partnership Service, we decided to celebrate it on 24th July 2022 in order to participate with you all with the District Pastor Dr. Brauer.
